Wills, Trusts, & Estate Planning

Our wills, trusts, and estate planning practice is led by Mr. Paul B. Burris, who has many years of experience in this field and has received certifications as an Accredited Estate Planner (AEP®) and Estate Planning Law Specialist (EPLS).  Under the leadership of Mr. Burris, the mission of our estate planning practice is to ensure that your assets are protected and used to benefit your family in the manner you desire.  We can also help your loved ones with probate if needed.

“Estate Planning” refers to the creation of wills, trusts, and powers of attorney, but  the attorneys at Creason Burris Kuzntesov can assist you in identifying and creating solutions well beyond traditional estate planning.

Wills help direct the disposition of assets after death instead of leaving distribution up to the direction of state laws and the often-contradicting recollections of beneficiaries.  Trusts can be used during your life and afterward to make sure that your assets are used for the people you wish in the manner you intend.  In addition, we can help you investigate and pursue several alternative planning arrangements.
